Zane Jones
Founded Peers 4 People on the belief that powerful support comes from someone who genuinely understands. Zane brings lived experience, practical mentoring and family-focused care.
Peers 4 People was built by people who understand the realities of life transitions, disability, trauma, and complex care needs. We bridge the gap between allied health expertise and genuine community-based support.
We believe the most effective support often happens outside clinic walls. By pairing evidence-based practice with mentors who have walked similar paths, we create a safe and dignified place to build confidence, independence, and connection.
We listen first. We adapt our support to your energy, your culture, and your goals so you remain the author of your own journey.
Rooted in lived experience, we do not just respond to symptoms. We meet the human behind them with care that feels grounded and real.
Every engagement is backed by robust allied health frameworks so support remains trauma-informed, ethical, and safe.
We show up in homes, cafes, community settings, and daily environments where trust can build naturally and sustainably.

Occupational Therapist & Co-Director
Jimmy brings a family-centred, strengths-based approach to occupational therapy, keeping each participant's voice, goals, and right to shape their own support at the heart of his work.
I'm Jimmy Radovanovic, an Occupational Therapist and co-director of Peers 4 People.
I was born and raised in Townsville as the eldest of three brothers, in a competitive, sport-loving household that taught me early on how much teamwork, resilience, and backing each other can bring out the best in people. It's also where I first met Zane, our founder. A friendship that began in our daycare days and, decades later, became a business built on helping others thrive.
Occupational therapy drew me in because of the sheer breadth of what it offers. The scope to meaningfully support individuals and families across so many different walks of life is something I've always found deeply compelling, and that same belief is what brought me to Peers 4 People.
For me, being here isn't just about doing good clinical work; it's about being part of something bigger. Working within an organisation means I can reach more people, contribute to a team that shares my values, and ultimately make a greater difference than I ever could working alone.
My personal mission is simple: to make a genuine difference for the people I work with and for the families who stand alongside them. I believe good support doesn't stop at the individual. When someone's world improves, it ripples out and is amplified by those around them. I also believe strongly that every participant deserves a real say in their support, and I take that seriously in every interaction.
My approach is family-centred and strengths-based. I know that real, lasting change rarely happens in isolation. It grows when the people around someone are part of the journey too, so I work closely with families and supports, not just the individual. At the same time, the participant's voice sits at the heart of everything I do. I start with what someone can do and what matters most to them, and I make sure they feel heard, respected, and in the driver's seat of their own support.

A Family Testimonial
“Three years on, the change in both our boys speaks for itself. Peers 4 People didn’t just support our kids — they supported our whole family.”
When we first met Zane, our family was going through one of the darkest times we had ever faced. Zane connected with our troubled son straight away and reached him in ways many others had tried and given up on. But he didn’t stop there — he took the time to get to know our whole family, and he supported me as a mum through challenges with my teenage son that I had no idea how to navigate.
Zane introduced us to Jimmy, the occupational therapist for both our boys, and to Carter, an additional support worker our younger son absolutely loves. Across nearly three years, Zane, Jimmy and Carter have been nothing short of amazing with both of our kids, and we have seen dramatic improvement in both boys thanks to their guidance.
We recommend Peers 4 People, wholeheartedly, to any young family looking for NDIS support.

A Testimonial for Zane Jones
Raising a teenage son with autism comes with its share of challenges — behavioural complexities, emotional hurdles and, for us, the added weight of doing it without a male role model in the home. After four mentors who didn’t quite fit, Zane arrived as our fifth — and everything changed. His personable, upfront, no-holds-barred approach was exactly what my son needed. Zane didn’t just help with community access; he gave my son something far more valuable: self-worth and confidence.
Thanks to Zane’s mentorship, my son has joined his peers in football, jiu-jitsu and the gym. He’s started looking for work, learning to drive and making choices that reflect the man he’s becoming. Zane sees his potential and helps him see it too.
As a parent, I’ve also felt Zane’s support. During a recent personal hurdle, he went beyond his role to offer reassurance and shared his own experiences. That kind of care — genuine, grounded and family focused — is what makes Zane not just a great mentor, but the perfect fit for our household.

A Testimonial for Holli Kennedy
We’ve absolutely loved having Holli as my daughter’s support worker. My little girl lives in her own beautiful world, and Holli’s cheerful, calm approach has gently become a bridge into ours. ‘Holli Thursday’ is now the highlight of our week — something she looks forward to with pure joy.
Whether it’s bushwalks in search of special rocks followed by lakeside picnics, or outings to the library and park, Holli has a magical way of encouraging her to engage with other children and practise new skills — no small feat. One moment that truly stood out was during a school holiday rollerblading activity. My daughter, who struggles with anxiety due to autism, found the courage to be brave and try something new, all thanks to Holli’s gentle support and encouragement.
Holli is bright, bubbly and lights up any room she walks into. She brings fun, companionship and a sense of safety which means the world to a little girl — and to her mum. I would recommend Holli every single day to anyone looking for a support worker for their young child. She’s truly one of a kind.

A Testimonial for Jimmy Radovanovic
Jimmy has been a constant and caring presence in my children’s lives for quite some time now, and we couldn’t be more grateful. His ability to adapt his approach between my 8-year-old daughter and my 16-year-old son is nothing short of remarkable. With my son, Jimmy’s light-hearted style — filled with jokes, video game chats and football banter — helps ease the hesitation that comes with complex challenges. That connection has made learning essential life skills like job seeking, interview preparation and positive thinking not only possible, but enjoyable.
With my daughter, ‘Timmy’ (her affectionate nickname for him) respects her need for autonomy while gently guiding her towards growth. Whether it’s making bee costumes to dance around in to build fine motor skills, or bouncing on the trampoline to work on gross motor coordination, Jimmy always finds creative ways to break through her avoidance and make therapy feel like play. When she proudly told me that Timmy taught her how to tie her shoelaces — because she wanted to be like the other kids at school — I knew I had found someone truly special.
Thanks to Jimmy’s thoughtful, child-first approach, my daughter is now beginning to understand her emotions, supported beautifully alongside her support worker, Holli. After a long journey through various therapists, I finally feel like we’ve found someone who sees my children not just as clients, but as whole people. Jimmy’s work has made a real difference in our family’s life, and I couldn’t recommend him more highly.
